In health and wellness there is an unlimited amount of information that contradicts one another. This keeps us from taking those next steps towards exercise, making that new healthy recipe and avoiding vulnerability. What’s the point, right—"we are alone in this battle." It’s frustrating.

Every person should be able to feel supported because we are never actually alone in our health struggles.

Back in 2017, Shane and Anna were each experiencing their own personal and professional rumbling. They felt alone, weighed down and over-analyzed their situations. Sitting down and opening up with one another is when they realized they weren’t actually alone, gained some perspective and had a clearer vision. That afternoon was the spark to this Rising Strong Retreat.

Shane and Anna are both Professional Personal Fitness Trainers who have over 20 years of experience between them, working closely with clients in the wellness industry.
